Hindu and Buddhist temples as well as the spectacular medieval

of Bhaktapur, the Hindu temple complex at Pashupatinath

hill station which provides magnificent Mountain panorama,
from Everest in the east to Annapurna in the west eight

04 : Drive to Royal Chitwan National Park for Jungle
safari, overnight at Hotel.

05 : Full day Jungle activities (Elephant back safari,

06 : After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu afternoon

07 : Fly to PARO on Druk-Air Fly into Himalayas. Flight
into kingdom is considered as one of the most beautiful
mountain flight with scintillating scenery of world's highest
peaks as Everest, Kanchendzonga, Makalu, Annapurna etc.
and as you reach approach closer to Bhutan, Mt. Chomolhari,
and the adjoining peaks can seen too on a clear weather.
Reception at the airport by our representative and transfer
to the hotel (15 min. drive). There will be some time to
stroll around the town. Dinner and briefing of your whole
tour in hotel.
Day
08 : Thimpu : The capital of the country
lies 60 kms or about two hours drive away from Paro. Sightseeing
of Tashichho Dzong, the seat of the Central Government,
where both the temporal and spiritual heads of the country
preside. The dzong was rebuilt in the 1960s on the ruins
of an early structure. Visit the Memorial Chorten, built
in the memory of the Late King. Stroll through town. One
may be able to catch a game of archery in progress at the
Changlimithang compound, below the town. Dinner and overnight
at the hotel.

09 : Thimpu-Paro (65 kms./2 hrs.) WED AM: After breakfast
drive leisurely to Paro. PM: Drive through the Paro valley

a fascinating eye level view of the famous Taktsang Lhakhang
also known as the tigers nest. PM: After lunch a slow downhill

Drive to Mebartsho(buming lake). This gorge is the holy
site and pilgrimage place where Guru Rimpoche had hidden

Visit the Swiss Farm where you can buy excellent local made
cheese. PM: Visit the Jakar Dzong(castle of white bird).
Built in 1549 this Dzong houses the administrative center

FESTIVAL TOUR TO BHUTAN
Festival
Tours is an ideal opportunity to witness "Tsechu"
or religious festivals, which are held annually at various
parts of the kingdom at different times of the year. The
most popular festivals are Paro Tsechu (March/April), Thimphu
Tsechu (September/October) and the Jambay Lhakhang Drupchen
in Bumthang (October/November). The Tsechu festival, which
is celebrating at every Dzong. The major events are Mask
dance known as Cham which take place for 3-4 days and in
honor of Guru Rimpoche. Performed by both monks and laymen,
the Bhutanese people would have witnessed 12 episodes by
the end of the festival. It is a must for every Bhutanese
to see and understand every dance as these gains you merit
and brings you luck. It is also a time when people from
all over leave all their farm work, dressed in their best
attires and jewelry and rejoice together.

The walks are long and arduous but crystal air, lonely paths
and views that defy description compliment them. The trails
lead you through alpine meadows rhododendron forests around
the foothills of the snow peaked Himalayas, emerald green
valleys and crystal lakes. One also gets the opportunity
to see a wide variety of flora and fauna. The treks vary
