Annapurna
Panorama : 7 Nts / 8 Days (Tour and Trek )
DAY
01 : Upon arrival at Kathmandu airport, meeting and

02 : A.M. Half day Sightseeing tour to Kathmandu city,
Swayambhunath. P.M. half day sightseeing tour to Patan city,
Pashupatinath and Boudhanath. O/N at the Hotel.

03 : KATHMANDU/ drive POKHARA (200 km). After breakfast,
you will start to Pokhara by drive along the Prithvi highway
which takes approximately 5-6 hours to reach Pokhara. Balance
day sightseeing tour of Pokhara city and Phewa lake. O/N
at hotel.
DAY
04 : POKHARA/drive SUIKHET (PHEDI)/trek DHAMPUS (5200
ft.) 2 -3
HRS. Our trek guide will meet you at the hotel. Drive to
Surkhet Phedi (trek starting point) for approx. 30 min.
From here, the trail ascends steeply through forest and
later through paddy field to the village of Dhampus for
overnight camping.
DAY
05 : DHAMPUS/ LANDRUNG (5100 ft.) 5-6 HRS. WALK Today
the trail along the ridge to Deurali. Descend through forest
again for sometime and the small village of Tolka and Beri
Kharka is reached. From here, the trail descends through
scattered forests and villages to reach Landrung for overnight
camping. Lunch will be taken enroute.
DAY
06 : LANDRUNG / GHANDRUNG (6400 ft.) 3-4 HRS. WALK.
After breakfast, the trail goes steeply down towards the
river for about one hour. From here, steep ascent for about
two to three hours through the scattered villages with a
beautiful view of the Himalayas to reach Ghandrung, one
of the biggest Gurung settlement in western Nepal. One can
have close up view of Mt. Annapurna south, Gangapurna, Machapuchhre
(Fishtail) and other snowy mountians. If time permits, visit
ACAP (ANNAPURNA CONSERVATION AREA PROJECT) head office,
local museum and village.
DAY
07 : GHANDRUNG/NAYAPUL/drive POKHARA) 4-5 HRS. Today
the trail descends down to SEULI BAZAR for about two hours
and again an easy walk for about 2 hours to reach Nayapul
via Birethanti (Pokhara-Baglung highway). From here, drive
about 1 hour to Pokhara airport to connect flight back to
Kathmandu. O/N at hotel.
DAY
08 : Free till departure transfer to the airport for
your onward journey.

01 : Arrive Kathmandu. Upon arrival meeting and assistance
at the airport and transfer to the hotel.

02 : Around Kathmandu Valley. Kathmandu is a strange
mixture of Tibetan Buddhism, Hinduism and Western influence.
There are a great many attractions and sightseeing can be
arranged for you with a guide. O/N at hotel.
Day
03 : Fly to Pokhara, begain the Royal Trek (The trial
that prince Charls of great Britian followed) . We take
the morning flight to Pokhara. A thirty minute flight, ofter
with sensational views of the highest peaks in the Himalaya.
On arrival at the Airport you will be met by our sherpa
staff in Pokhara. The trek commence immediately from the
Airport, through Pokhara Bazaar and the trial heads North-East
to Kahun Gaon (3,550). Lunch will be served near monastery
situated just a little off the main bazaar at Pokhara. Here
we stop for our first night's camp.
Day
04 : Trek to Bahun Gaon.We ascend gently from Kahun
Gaon towards Kandani Danda. From the latter the trail is
more or less level going along a ridge, passing through
a number of small hamlets. We stop at a village called Kalikasthan
for quite a while for the superb views of the entire Annapurna
range and Lamjung Himal. The 'Fish Tail' peak of Machapuchhre,
one of Nepal's most beautiful and Virgin peaks can also
be seen from here. Overnight camp at the Brahimin village,
called Bahun Gaon (4,550 ft) overlooking the Madi Khola
Valley.
Day
05 : Trek to Syanglung. We follow the trail downhill
to Majthan and from here ascent to Syanglung (6,300 ft).
We camp on the ridge with magnificent views of Manaslu and
Buddha Himal.
Day
06 : Trek to Begnas Tal and transfer to the Lodge in
Pokhara. Descending towards Tal Besi and a little ascend
to Begnas Tal for about four hours, the trek ends at Begnas
Tal where the lunch will be served. After lunch, if there
is time, we can spend a relaxing hour with boating on Begnas
Tal (Lake). Later will drive to Pokhara and transfer to
the Lodge.
Day
07 : River Rafting. Early morning drive to Mugling for
raft put-in point on Trisuli River. Rafing for the full
day. Overnight camping at the riverside.
Day
08 : Arrive Chitwan National Park. Continue rafting
till lthe midday having a wonderful bird watching and some
other wildlife including monkey in the trees along the river
bank. Lunch will be served at the riverside and some time
after lunch willl reach at Chitwan National Park. Overnight
at Resort.
Day
09 : Chitwan National Park. A full day Jungle activities
in the National Prk, including an Elephant-back Safari and
canoe excurion to view variety of wild life. Certainly Rhino
will be seen and ther is always a chance of seeing tiger.
The park has really prolific bird life and even in winter
is likely to be quite warm. Lunch Dinner and overnight at
Resort.
Day
10 : Return to Kathmandu. Drive back from Chitwan National
Park to Kathmandu. This is a 5 hrs. drive through the foothills
of the Himalaya. Again there is wonderful scenery, and it
is a fun/exciting experience in its own right. O/N at hotel
in Kathmandu.
Day
11 : Free day in Kathmandu. The day is available for
further sightseeing and last minute shopping. Kathmandu
is such an exciting place that you will not run hours of
things to see and do. We will have a final celebratory meal
together in the evening at a nice Typical Nepali Restaurant
with cultural dance in Kathmandu.

12 : Free till departure and then transfer to airport
to catch flight for onward journey.
